Wild blueberry chia seed pudding

This two-layer chia pudding is a true superfood for breakfast or snack. The wild blueberry powder gives you the daily recommendation of antioxidants, and the chia seeds are packed with nutritious omega-3 fats.

The bottom chia seed layer has a beautiful bluish purple color, thanks to the high amount of anthocyanins (antioxidants) in the wild blueberry powder. The top layer is a basic white vanilla chia seed pudding. To make the pudding irresistible, finish it with your favorite toppings.

1 tablespoon of Arctic Flavors wild blueberry powder

1 cup (240 mL) almond milk

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  4. Pour half of the liquids into the plain chia seed portion and mix well.
